A tiny pet for your widgets

Hatch a Sqwidge, dress it in hoodies and bucket hats, and look after it right from your Home Screen and Lock Screen. A few taps a day is all it needs.

It lives in your widgets

Feed, play and tidy with one tap, right on your Home Screen. Its room follows your day, from sunny mornings to lamplit evenings.

The medium widget: Pip on the rug in its room, its name, level and hearts, and three care buttons: a bowl, a ball and a sponge.
  • By day: sunshine and blue sky through the window, and a speech bubble with a bowl because Pip is peckish.

In the app

Pop in for a minute

Pet it, fill its bowl, then send it off exploring. It comes home with a chest of goodies.

The Home screen: Pip in its room, with meters for hunger, energy, fun and clean, buttons for food, ball, sponge and treats, and Explore and Catch below.

Wardrobe

Dress it up

Caps, bucket hats, hoodies, glasses and scarves, in 22 colours to mix and match. Hatch more eggs, and no two Sqwidges look quite the same.

Daily game

A little game every day

A different one each day: catch the food, pop the bubbles, match the pairs, find the hiding Sqwidge or tidy the dust bunnies. Thirty seconds for coins, treats and lots of fun.

The Catch game: a cupcake and grapes fall towards Pip, who waits with its basket on the floor. One catch so far, 18 seconds left.

Kind by design

A pet that fits round your day, not the other way round.

  • It never gets ill

    Leave it a while and it gets a bit grumpy, or wanders off on its own. It always comes home.

  • Walk together

    If you like, steps from Apple Health become treats and move it along a journey map. Your step counts stay on your iPhone.

  • Friends and a league

    Visit friends' Sqwidges, and climb the Happiness League by caring well, not by playing longer or spending more.

  • No ads, fair shop

    Purchases are cosmetic or convenience only. Nothing you buy raises your league score directly; the starter pack's coins buy the same everyday things coins from play buy.
